These terms apply to your use of the My Business Card app and related website, provided by Confident With Tech.

Using the App

You may use the app to display, share, organise, and manage business card and connection information. You are responsible for ensuring any information you add or share is accurate and that you have permission to store or share it.

Business Card PINs and Content

Card PINs are used to load the correct business card content. Do not share a PIN unless you are happy for someone else to access the card content associated with it.

Connections Manager

The app can help capture and organise business card details. Scanned information may not always be perfect, so you should review and correct details before saving, exporting, or sharing them.

Availability

We aim to keep the app and related services reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features that rely on internet access, hosted card files, or Apple services may be affected by factors outside our control.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, upload unlawful content, or use it in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Intellectual Property

The app, website, branding, design, and related materials are owned by Confident With Tech or its licensors. Your own business card content remains your responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Confident With Tech is not responsible for indirect losses, lost business, lost data, or issues caused by incorrect information entered, scanned, shared, or exported by the user.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.
